Approximately 55 acres (about 22 hectares) of south-facing young broadleaf woodland, offered with a price guide of £250,000. The woodland includes four wildlife ponds and approximately 37,000 trees planted in 2004/05.
The planted trees are a mix of willow, cherry, sycamore, oak, ash, rowan, birch and sweet chestnut, with occasional naturally established mature trees. The Afon Dulais flows along the southern boundary.
Access is from a council lane opposite Gelli Goediog Farmhouse. A number of rides run through the woodland, although they are currently overgrown with bramble and bracken.
