It is suitable for those using Welli Hilli for recuperation or relaxation, and for those who want to stay comfortably as if at home.

A Quiet and Secluded Second Home
This house was used as a second home, so you can stay comfortably as if you were in a family home. The surroundings are quiet and secluded, and when acquaintances visit, they can stay together on the second floor. You can enjoy some leisure while drinking tea on the terrace, and if you wish, you may bring soil and plant simple plants. We would appreciate it if you would use the house as you would your own and take care of basic maintenance, such as cutting the grass around it.

Two-Story Rural Home Layout and Convenience Facilities
The first floor has one low-height bed room, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a kitchen combined with a living room. The second floor has one small room with a single bed, a living room, a bathroom, and a terrace.
A television, kitchenware, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are provided. You only need to prepare towels, toiletries, detergent, toilet paper, and various seasonings; quilts and pillows are also available, but you may bring your own if needed.

Barbecue and Points to Note When Using the Home
Smoking is not allowed indoors. A burner and meat grill are provided, so you can grill meat, and you may also cook outdoors. You must prepare your own toiletries.

Location Near Welli Hilli and Cheongtaesan Recreational Forest
It is about 7 minutes from Dunnae IC as soon as you exit. Welli Hilli Ski Resort and the golf course are about 13 minutes away, and Welli Hilli swimming pool is also conveniently accessible. Monthly Rent and Deposit
The monthly rent is 800,000 won. Utilities, including electricity, water, and the oil boiler, are separate, and the deposit is 500,000 won. After the utilities are settled, the remaining deposit will be returned, and any shortfall will be paid additionally.
