Bathroom Renovation and Building Condition

The bathroom has been renovated, and the interior is suitable for ordinary use. Work is underway to cut back the surrounding trees and shrubs and remove weeds. There is a wooden deck, and maple trees grow around it. A cherry tree was planted this year.

The wooden deck stairs are deteriorated and close to breaking, so the seller plans to repair them at the seller’s expense.
