Four lots of land, together with a farm hut and auxiliary facilities, are being sold as a package in Seowon-ri, Naeseo-myeon, Sangju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The total area of the lots is 6,145㎡ (1,859 pyeong), and about 150 pyeong of state-owned river land is also being used, bringing the actual area in use to about 2,000 pyeong.
