Because the area is close to a water source, installation of a high-performance septic tank is mandatory, and the work was carried out at a cost of approximately 500,000 yen.

The water heater in the main house is an oil-fired boiler. It operates normally and was serviced several years ago. Although it is not shown on the floor plans, there is also an external bathroom outside the main house. It has a cedar bathtub, which could be used as an outdoor bath after its surface is polished with a sanding machine.

Communications and surrounding environment

Terrestrial digital television cannot be received due to signal interference, so the property is in an area covered by Matsusaka Cable Television’s signal distribution service. Internet service is provided through CATV, allowing a high-speed internet connection to be secured. There is also a steel tower antenna for amateur radio that was installed by the previous owner.
